Welcome to the SG-Command.NET’s Rally Point regional fan events website!
SG-Command.NET was established in January 2003 with over 850 registered users with over 330 active members involved in 18 different regional team covering the USA, UK, Poland, Germany, France, Finland, Canada, Belgium, and Australia and growing.
SG-Command.NET is a Stargate Costuming and Prop Building Fan Club, who to promote Stargate the movie, Stargate SG-1, and Stargate: Atlantis, its cast, crew, and creators. Also to promote costuming, and attendance to Science Fiction Conventions as a way to promote and express our members love of Stargate in its many forms.
The SG-Command.NET communities exists both on-line and in the real world and over the past couple of years we have established a wonderful, supportive, creative, and fun community of many peoples of different peoples around the world.
The SGC Rally Point is a series of Fan Club events held inside another Science Fiction convention, sort of a Mini-Con. Some of the events and activities planned are:
Various discussion and demonstration panels on Stargate, Costuming, and basic prop building skills; Discussions and autograph sessions with cast, crew of the shows and professional prop and costuming people in Hollywood; A Stargate SG-1 props and costume museum display; Stargate RPG sessions; Stargate themed photo backgrounds; room parties, group meals, participation in the masquerade and much much more! The events when ever possible will be realistic weapon friendly inside the Rally Point areas.
